Operations Lead - (MOJ - Content Operations - Brand Campaign)

We are looking to hire a driven Content Strategist backed by a strong experience in operations to develop and execute content strategies for Brand Campaigns on Moj and guide them to create the most viral content. The lead's responsibilities include determining the content plan, coming up with campaign ideas to promote the brand on Moj, and work closely with the Brand and Sales team for app execution. You should also be able to analyze user engagement metrics to determine whether the content is well-received or not.

  • Developing a clear and engaging content plan that is consistent with the brand image.
  • Analyzing content marketing data to identify trends and anticipate user needs.
  • Performing content audits to assess how well existing content is performing.
  • Work with various creator managers and delegate tasks and provide regular feedback.
  • Creating and managing the weekly content calendar.
  • Developing a solid understanding of the target audience through online and traditional market research.
  • Good understanding of past trends and challenges, lens/filter trends
  • 2+ years of professional experience in Operations, Content Planning/Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
  • Proven content strategy and project management experience.
