The Head - Employer Branding will design and execute a comprehensive, integrated employer brand strategy, creating and implementing initiatives to build the brand in the talent marketplace and within the organization.

 We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven individual with at least overall 8 years of experience across brand building/marketing/communications, including exposure for employer branding/communications at tech start-ups/internet companies. You should possess the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate with influence and develop scalable solutions. You will work with business unit leaders to define the roadmap for employer branding and execute to drive achieve our employer branding goals.

This is a unique opportunity for you to partner in our growth story as you work directly with the CEO's office to strengthen our employee brand proposition to global tech talent across AI, Engineering and Product.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Craft and lead employment branding strategy for ShareChat and Moj & develop a PR roadmap to attract premium talent for roles across the functions
  • Understand the talent profiles for the organization and develop a robust recruitment marketing strategy. Build talent pipelines with talent acquisition recruiters to ensure a suitable mix of channels (social media, recruiting events, partnerships) are available to attract the best talent.
  • Develop communication campaigns to support the talent recruiting strategy and drive candidate attraction and engagement through social media, events, and other channels.
  • Design and facilitate events to attract Talent within Tech, Data Science and Project Management; events like hackathons, tech competitions, speaker series & others.
  • Work with internal teams and external agencies to maintain a high standard of content being generated for social media channels, blogs and the company website on a regular basis. 
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen employee value propositions and communicate the employee value proposition through various digital platforms. 
  • Develop campaigns to build brand affinity and advocacy amongst employees; help build brand ambassadors programmes. Position employee referral programs to foster referrals as a top source of hires.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of recruitment/talent marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis to ensure maximum ROI and provide feedback of these results to stakeholders.

Key requirements:

  • MA / MBA / Masters from reputed institutes with focus on Branding/Marketing/HR such as TISS, International business studies, Asian School of Journalism, MICA with 8+ years of experience in branding/marketing/communications/employer branding at Pan India level on Internet/Ecommerce marketplace in a Corporate environment.
  • Great to have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR, running employer branding initiatives & liaising with external PR/Marketing agencies.
  • Deep understanding of integrated marketing concepts, visual identity, content management, brand strategy and social media including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, SnapChat, Telegram etc.
