We are looking to hire a driven Creative Director backed by a strong experience in music and video production to develop and execute strategies for Campaigns on Moj. The creative director’s responsibilities include determining the content plan, campaign ideas to promote the idea on Moj, and working closely with the Content team/ external agency for in-app execution. Very good understanding on music genres and trends. You should also be able to analyze user engagement metrics to determine whether the content is well-received or not.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Developing a clear and engaging content plan that is consistent with the market trends.
  • Creating gamified experiences for improving creators participation 
  • Analyzing content marketing data to identify trends and anticipate user needs.
  • Responsible for creating “BROKE THE INTERNET” trends
  • Performing content audits to assess how well existing content is performing.
  • Work with various creator managers and delegate tasks and provide regular feedback.
  • Developing a solid understanding of the target audience through online and traditional market research.
  • Good understanding of past trends and challenges, lens/filter trends
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in branding, digital ads, film making 
  • Effective communication skills and client-facing skills
  • Proven content strategy and project management experience
  • Sound knowledge of social media platforms and short-format content
  • Ability to work under pressure
