Job Overview:
In this role you would be responsible for identifying original content creators, on-boarding, and growing their portfolio on the platform in addition to conceptualising and executing content strategy for the livestream product. The role would also involve cross-functional collaboration to achieve the livestream objectives and key results.

What you’ll do:
●     Develop and execute creative solutions that meet Livestream objectives and key results
●     Plan and launch Livestream initiatives by following up popular topics, events, social hot issues
●     Work with product team to find new ways to engage audiences and Livestream creators
●     Work cross-functionally with revenue, product and creative teams to enhance and improve the Livestream experience.
●     Analyse and monitor trends and data in livestreaming industry.
●     Collaborate with creators and internal teams to develop material and content for creator live streams
●     Drive usage and adoption of livestream product among creators on- and off-platform
●     Identify the most suitable creators to onboard and work with to develop livestream content
●     Support management and tracking of livestream creators and their content on-platform from onboarding to retention
●     Operate as the point of contact for regular support on operational matters, like problems in posting, app bugs, understanding the product, content suggestions etc.
●     Ensure maximum engagement by the livestream content creators on the platform, using the internal technical tools.
●     Serve as the link of communication between livestream content creators and internal teams.

●     You will be adept in building strong relationships with strategic customers.
●     Will have a deep interest in the local culture, trends, and pop culture and will be able to identify needs and requirements to ensure deeper engagement and reach for his/ her portfolio of content creators.
●     Good understanding of social media platforms and trends.
●     Strong understanding of user-generated content management and account management.
●     Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks.
●     Experience in providing solutions based on user needs.
●     Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with strategic users.
●     Discipline to respond to user’s demand on time.
●     Excellent organisational skills.
●     Ability in quick problem-solving & work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
