Job description:

If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all social media/digital channels.

  • You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work with the brand marketing team, B2B marketing teams, content and growth teams.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence. Define the voice of the brand online and increase conversations/buzz and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm on creative campaign ideas for different Brand, B2B, product and content plans.
  • Create a calendar of events basis quarterly brand plans for Digital/Social Media engagement.
  • Measure and report performance of all Social/digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Collaborate with internal design teams, agencies and other vendor partners for creative

Competencias for this role:

  • 7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing/Social Media Marketing.
  • Knowledge of website analytics and listening tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook insights etc.)
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills, high attention to detail.
  • Deep understanding of GenZ and millennial audiences online.
  • Digital first creative thinking and ideation bases on campaign objectives.
  • Strong understanding and keeping up to date with Digital/Social media trends.
  • Strong execution and campaign management skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Experience with content/Influencer marketing on digital/social media.
  • Master’s / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Digital marketing or Business Administration.
