Job Overview:

You will be an essential member of the team, with broad analytical and strategic responsibilities, who is also a self-starter with ability to deal with ambiguity. You should be able to identify, structure, lead and complete content management - videos, audios & Notification on platform with a very strong focus on product thinking, interfacing across the team to ensure alignment throughout the process. You’ll be a part of the Moj Content Strategy & Operations Team. 

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for overall performance of explore section, notifications & Audio library on platform
  • Analysing data to identify problems/trends and finding scalable solutions/ opportunities
  • Solving for content, trends & challenges discovery and communication on the platform through explore section
  • Managing Notification Operations for retention, activation, creation & consumption on the platform end to end
  • Creating and maintaining a user feedback loop for continuous improvements
  • Coordinating with Product, challenges & creator development Teams
  • Growing and managing diverse content communities
  • Ensuring content quality compliance by overseeing all the review/report processes
  • Research, analysis & leveraging of internal/external content trends

      Additional responsibilities -

  • Providing guidance and leading the team of Associates
  • Screens, interviews and hires new team members
  • Coaching, mentoring, performance management of team member

What your role would look like:

  • An individual who works under limited supervision to effectively deal with unfamiliar issues.
  • Possesses well developed skills in analyzing data to help make informed business decisions.
  • Coordinates with internal teams (like Marketing, Product, Growth etc) to develop projections on the outcome of implementing certain language specific strategies, that leads to actionable insights that accelerate profitable growth.
  • Manages timely flow of information to users. Collaborates, consults and effectively communicates findings, insights and recommendations with business leaders.
  • Ability to manage people and ensure high performance

Who you are:

  • 2+ years of business management, marketing or consulting experience 
  • Possess excellent quantitative and analytical skills
  • Highly collaborative, flexible and team-oriented
  • Should be a hustler
