Operations Lead (SC - Content Operations - News, Information & Education Category - Marathi/Gujarati)

Job Overview:
In this role, you would be responsible for identifying original Marathi/Gujarathi language content creators, onboarding, and growing their portfolios on the platform. Developing content strategies and campaigns to achieve maximum engagement and service goals for the accounts they are servicing. You need to have domain knowledge in the fields of News, Information, and Education Industry trends, etc

What you’ll do:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with his/her portfolio of content creators (Ed-Tech companies, SME’s, professors, professionals, creators, etc)
  • Operate as the point of contact for operational matters, like problems in posting, understanding the product, content suggestions, etc.
  • Acquire an understanding and share the content needs of our platform and make sure that their portfolio creators are following the content demands shared with them.
  • Understanding of Short video content formats and our target audience and what kind of content could meet the demands of the audience
  • Deep understanding of the culture, latest trends in technology, and domain experience to advise partners to ensure deeper engagement.
  • Ensure maximum engagement by the content creators on the platform, using the internal technical tools.
  • Serve as the link of communication between content creators and internal teams.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by his/her portfolio of content creators promptly and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

Who you are as someone:

  • With strong connections and/or are adept in building strong relationships with strategic customers, preferably the ones in the education and information domain
  • With a deep interest in technology, strategy, and innovation
  • Has written and spoken fluency in Marathi/Gujarati and business proficiency in English
  • With a good understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • With knowledge of education content on multiple platforms
  • Who can think strategically with an operation oriented mindset and can exercise influence over the others (without direct means)
  • Understands account management principles and works by prioritizing key tasks
  • A Hustler with a ready-to-go attitude for multiple tasks in a humble and collaborative manner
  • Experience in providing solutions based on user needs. Intermediate to expert knowledge of excel tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (preferably working with multiple teams)
  • Fast response time and perfect organizing and documentation skills
  • Quick problem solver & able to adapt to a demanding, fast-paced environment
