Manager I - Gujarati (Content Strategy & Operations)

, ,Job Overview:
You will be an essential member of the team, with broad analytical and strategic responsibilities, who is also a self-starter with ability to deal with ambiguity. You should be able to identify, structure, lead and complete operationally-focused projects, interfacing across the team and cross-functionally to ensure alignment throughout the process. You’ll be a part of the Content Strategy & Operations Team and hence will be completely accountable for the language.
What you’ll do:
- Responsible for overall performance of the language
- Analysing data to identify problems/trends and finding scalable solutions/ opportunities
- Solving for content supply on the platform via multiple sources
- Managing Notification Operations to acquire users daily
- Ensuring top notch content creators are present who supply content relevant to target audience's demand
- Creating and maintaining a user feedback loop for continuous improvement
- Coordinating with Product, Growth & Business Development Teams for language-specific operations
- Growing and managing diverse language communities
- Ensuring content quality compliance by overseeing all the review/report processes
- Overseeing internal/external language specific communication
- Research, analysis & leveraging of internal/external content trends
- Identifying and partnering with publishers/brands/individuals
- Additional responsibilities -
- Providing guidance to the Language Associates
- Participates in reviews, training other team activities
- Screens, interviews and hires new team members
- Coaching, mentoring, performance management of team members
- What your role would look like:
- An individual who works under limited supervision to effectively deal with unfamiliar issues.
- Possesses well developed skills in analyzing data to help make informed business decisions.
- Blends historical data from available industry reports, public information,field reports or purchased sources and performs analysis to support business decisions.
- Identifies and analyses industry and geographic, cultural and trends and competitive market strategies and monitors current/potential users.
- Coordinates with internal teams (like Marketing, Product, Growth etc) to develop projection on the outcome of implementing certain language specific strategies, that leads to actionable insights that accelerate profitable growth.
- Manages timely flow of information to users. Collaborates, consults and effectively communicates findings, insights and recommendations with business leaders.
- Ability to manage people and ensure high performance
Who you are:
- Graduation or MBA from a top-tier university with consistent outstanding academic record
- 2+ years of business management, marketing or consulting experience
- Possess excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Highly collaborative, flexible and team-oriented
- Should be a hustler
- Passionate about Social Media Trends
- Proficiency in the native language (Typing, Reading and Speaking) and culture of the region
