Campaign Manager - Performance

Looking for senior associate who will own the account and will be individual contributor for entire end-to-end campaign management. You need to be proficient in analyzing all reporting funnels to derive inference and implement your learning to ensure achieving KPIs.
You will be SPOC to serve sales for all their queries and troubleshootings while handling the accounts. We expect you to suffice for all business needs and requirements as and when comes.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)


•5+ years of experience of handling Performance campaigns to work with a budget, meet deadlines for multiple projects, and ensure ROI on marketing campaigns.
•5+ years of experience in creating a delivery strategy for Ads to fulfill business goals •As a campaign manager, must have management skills to formulate marketing plans and campaigns delivery
•Excellent writing skills are a prerequisite as well as good communication skills is a must to manage relationships with other business units
•Campaign managers need to be good with numerical skills (words and numbers). 
•5+ years of experience in publisher side advertising tools and analytics tools (Google Ad Manager, Inhouse SSPs). Efficiency in working with customized dashboards and reporting.
•Strong data analysis skills to deliver business intelligence from available/derived data and drive inferences
•Must have strong presentation skills for creating a marketing strategy and campaigns dashboard. You must proficient in Microsoft Excel
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented climate; across functional areas
•Familer with 3rd party MMPs like appsflyer, branch, Google Analytics, Sizmek, DCM etc
•Must have technical knowledge and familier with HTML, JS, MySQL, APIs fundamentals etc

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1. Able to create a comprehensive campaign strategy on delivery and optimization
2. Own and drive all campaign creation initiatives, both internal and external. Across multiple internal platforms to drive sales, engagement, retention, and positive customer behavior
3. Develop and maintain overall campaign strategy and standards for client’s products/services
4. Identify themes and current trends in the campaign space and curate relevant changes from time to time to reflect them
5. Daily analysis of granular reportings to analyse and drive inferences and optimize the performance campaigns towards KPIs
6. Daily and Close interaction with Sales/Client to handle their accounts. Cross functional coordination with engineering and product teams for execution and troubleshooting
7. Creation, development, and management of campaigns according to clients' requirements on digital platforms
8. Understanding how the entire campaign management system works. Understanding and business acumen for key domains like Gaming, FMCG, Retail, Finance etc
9. Responsible to design a campaign management centric strategy with a focus on Campaign planning, Marketing automation platforms, Campaign execution including platform selection, Development & Deployment methodologies to be used to build the corporate brand/ program brand across all marketing platforms
10. Act as the SPOC for key custodians to co-ordinate all campaigns related POCs, RFPs
11. Identify new business opportunities & program enhancement initiatives & drive the same via the delivery teams
12. Quality checks of execution and ensuring 100% accuracy level.

- Bachelor digree in computer science
- Digital marketing certification is a must
