Responsibilities

• Awareness of global trends, with an ability to effectively translate & inculcate its elements in the product.
• Understand the architecture of the brand, continuously build it's language and become its guardian through absolute ownership
• Attract, hire and grow the design team
• Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship across a multi-disciplinary organisation
• Lead all phases of design work; dissecting complex briefs, identifying opportunities of high-impact work, design ideation, directing final spec design and implementation
• Drive a compelling user empathy and creator satisfaction vision across all communication channels
• Contribute to cross-functional leadership, and manage multiple complex schedules for on-time delivery
• Collaborate with other design and function leads, to drive best practices and consistency across all ShareChat brands

 Minimum Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in communication design working either as a graphic designer or an art director
• 3 years of experience in a people leader role

 Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design, related field, or an equivalent practical experience
• Experience working collaboratively with designers from multiple disciplines such as graphic designers, Illustrators, art directors, motion designers and 3D designers
• Experience working with global and national brands, freelance talent across the above mentioned disciplines of design
• Experience working from home & managing a distributed team across India
